State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Central Bank, is looking for talented and energetic candidates for the contractual position in Cyber Risk Management Department (CRMD), based in Karachi.

Cyber Risk Specialist - Cyber Security Division

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following: Perform various activities for supervision of cyber risk of Regulated Entities (REs). Conduct on-site and off-site assessments (cybersecurity) of REs, for identification of key areas of supervisory concern. Work in close coordination with team members throughout the assessment process. Assist in preparation and dissemination of updates on cyber risk for senior management and/or consumption of supervisory divisions. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to cyber risk. Provide feedback on policy matters as and when required. Stay up to date with the developments in the technology and cybersecurity. Maintain relevant files and record. Perform any other work assigned by Divisional Head/management.

 Eligibility Criteria:

Education:	Bachelors or Master’s Degree (16 years of education) in computer related domains such as Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, etc. from reputable HEC recognized domestic or foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having related professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM.
Age:	Maximum 38 years, as on the date of advertisement.
Experience:	At least 2 years post qualification experience of Information/ Cybersecurity, IT Governance, SOC, Network Security, Information Systems audit, Software Development, or any related areas.

 Compensation:

Competitive compensation package, as per State Bank rules.
