BORDER:
There is D.P.
white line border on all the four sides of the note coupled with
portrait of the Quaid-e-Azam and the hand engraved second border
along the right and top white line borders. Between the white line
borders at the bottom, there is a broad D.P. medallion pattern all
along the length of the note.
LETTERING:
The denomination
numeral in Urdu appears in reverse in the white line rosette on
the top right corner and the numeral in English appears in the left
bottom corner.

SPECIAL
FEATURES:
The D.P. medallion
running between the portrait of Quaid-e-Azam and the bottom white
line is taken from the historic motifs from Thatta. A black line
rosette appears on the top left-hand corner. There is Guilloche
pattern between the portrait of Quaid-e-Azam and the right hand
D.P. border.
LITHO
WORKING:
A duplex Litho
rosette appears in the centre of the note. This is combined with
two colours Litho relief tint bearing decorative patterns adopted
from the Monuments of Muslim period from Thatta.
NUMBER
AND SIGNATURE:
One number
with prefix appears on the upper left side and the second number
with prefix appears below the portrait on the right side corner.
The signature of the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan appears in
Urdu above the authority’s designation.
BACK
BORDER: The
border at the bottom consists of a white line designs covering more
than half the length combined with a hand engraved panel in continuation
of the white line design. The right border is covered by a D.P.
fringe. A hand engraved decorative arch appears at the top right
side above the watermark.
LETTERING:
The words “State Bank of Pakistan” in English appear
at the top. The denomination numeral in English appears at the bottom
left corner. The words “TEN RUPEES” in English appear
in reverse in the white line border at the bottom.
VIGNETTE:
The vignette is a general view of Mohenjodaro.
SEAL:
The Seal of State Bank of Pakistan appears on the top left corner
encircled by a decorative pattern.
