State Bank Officers Training Scheme (SBOTS)
State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) believes in attracting and retaining talent to meet its human resource requirements through a transparent recruitment process. Appointments under SBOTS batches are made in OG-2 Grade as per organizational need strictly on merit and as per provincial/ regional quota, prescribed by the Federal Government.
Candidates must have Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with 16 years of education.
Candidates shall have qualification in disciplines of Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resources and Agriculture.
Maximum 26 years on the last date of submission of application.
Written Test & Interview:
Shortlisted candidates must appear in the written test. Those who qualify the test are invited for group discussion/ interview.
Selected candidates join National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad for pre-induction training.
