Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program (AGP) - Ghar Ho Tu Apna
Multi-Channel Implementation Strategy
Please refer to SH&SFD Circular No. 03 of 2025 and SH&SFD Circular Letter No. 1 of 2026 regarding the subject program.
2. In this regard, the Government of Pakistan has approved multi-channel implementation strategy for Wazir-e-Azam’s-AGP and introduced following additions in the scheme:
- The Overseas Pakistanis/ Non-Resident Pakistanis (NRPs) holding NICOP/POC may also obtain financing under Wazir-e-Azam’s AGP.
- The Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) may make arrangements for institutional financing for government employees through department level bulk processing under the scheme.
- The PFIs may extend financing for Private developer-led housing projects mode under the scheme.
3. Other instructions on the matter shall remain the same.
