Please refer to SH&SFD Circular No. 03 of 2025 and SH&SFD Circular Letter No.1 of 2026 regarding the subject scheme.

2.     Please find enclosed Ministry of Housing and Works Notification No. 1 (20)/2025-PPW dated March 26, 2026, regarding renaming of the subject scheme. In terms of the Notification, the scheme previously titled "Mera Ghar-Mera Ashiana", shall be known as "Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program-Ghar Ho Tu Apna".

3.     All Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) are advised to ensure that all official correspondence, notifications, advertisements, and related documents reflect the revised name of the scheme.
