Dear Sir(s)/ Madam(s),

Government's Mark-up Subsidy Scheme for Housing Finance

Please refer to IH&SMEFD Circular No. 11 of 2020 and No. 03 of 2021 on the subject.

2.   In view of the feedback received from various stakeholders, Government of Pakistan (GOP) has decided to revise pricing (mark-up rates and subsidy payment period) under Tier 1 of captioned scheme which is used to finance housing units in NAPHDA projects. The revised pricing for Tier 1 is as given below:

Customer Pricing Bank Pricing
 2 percent for year 1 to year 5 KIBOR + 250 BPS
 4 percent for year 6 to year 10
 5 percent for year 11 to year 15
 Note: For loan tenors exceeding 15 years, market rate i.e. bank pricing
 will be applicable for the period exceeding 15 years

3.   3. The above revision in the scheme will be applicable with immediate effect. Other features of the Scheme as issued vide above mentioned Circular shall remain unchanged.
