Prudential Regulations for Housing Finance
Dear Sirs/Madam,
Please refer to IH&SMEFD Circular No. 03 of 2017 containing Prudential Regulations for Housing Finance.
- In order to promote Housing Finance in the country, it has been decided that regulatory real estate exposure limit prescribed vide Regulation HF-5 shall not be applicable on ‘Housing Finance’ as defined in the Prudential Regulations for Housing Finance.
- All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
