Rda Customer Satisfaction Survey Reveals Encouraging Results

As part of its strategy, SBP has been continuously engaging the Pakistani diaspora residing in various global jurisdictions. This not only provides an opportunity to the central bank to get first-hand knowledge of their banking needs but also assists in gauging their experience on the overall working of Roshan Digital Account (RDA). In line with this approach, SBP conducted a customer satisfaction survey in March-April 2022 to gauge customer satisfaction on key aspects of RDA, its products and the level of their trust on RDA.
