Ministry of Commerce & Textile, Textile Division vide Notification No. 1(42-A)TID/17-TR-II dated December 12, 2017 has issued an Order namely “Duty Drawback of Taxes Order 2017-18” to provide duty drawback of taxes collected from exporters of eligible products as specified in the Notification.
 
2. A copy of the above mentioned Notification containing the eligibility criteria is enclosed for information and strict compliance. Further, the procedure for submission of claims for implementation of Para 1(4) (a) and (d) of the Notification is also enclosed for necessary action.

3. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
