Submission of FCY Cross Border Payments / Transfer Cases through SBP Nostros using DAP

1. Please refer to Treasury Operations Department Circular No. 1 of 2022 dated September 20, 2022 (copy attached) regarding FCY cross border payments / transfers through SBP Nostros.
2. In order to automate the process of submission of documents regarding subject payments, SBP has introduced following new functionalities in Data Acquisition Portal (DAP):
   1. T01-ACU Payments
   2. T02-Local US Dollar deposits and withdrawals- FE2
   3. T03-CRR & SCRR deposits and withdrawals- FE25
3. In this connection, all banks are advised to submit their cases for processing of subject payments through DAP as per guidelines given at annexure 'A'.
4. The revised automated procedure for submission of cases will come into force with effect from 1st July 2023 and existing practice of sending physical documents to SBP will be discontinued from the same date.
5. All banks are advised to ensure meticulous compliance of aforesaid instructions. Further, all other instructions contained in Treasury Operations Department Circular No. 1 of 2022 dated September 20, 2022 shall, however, remain unchanged.
