Dear Sirs,

Payment of Fee through Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)

Please refer to EPD’s Circular Letter No. 21 of 2017 dated December 05, 2017 regarding payment of fee through RTGS System and PSD’s Circular Letter No. 1 of 2012 dated April 4, 2012 regarding settlement of 3rd party fund transfers through RTGS (PRISM).

2. In order to facilitate Exchange Companies to make payment of their processing fees through bank(s), it has been decided by SBP to dispense with the requirement of minimum amount for using Message Type (MT) 102 in PRISM for processing of above mentioned payments only.
3. The above instructions shall be applicable with immediate effect.
4. All other instructions shall remain unchanged.
