Dear Sirs/Madam,

Settlement of 3rd Party Fund Transfers Through PRISM System

Reference may please be made to PSD Circular No. 2 dated 11th February, 2011 on the above subject.

In order to further facilitate Banks/DFIs, it has been decided with immediate effect to enhance the scope of 3rd party fund transfers through the PRISM System as under:

1. The lower value limit for 3rd party fund transfers through the PRISM System shall now be PKR 1 Million and above.
2. The time limits and transaction charges for customer transfers through the PRISM System have been revised as under:

Transaction charges levied by Banks/DFIs on such customer transfers shall not exceed the charges levied by SBP by more than 10%.

All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
