Dear Sir,

Mandatory Targets for Housing and Construction Finance

Please refer to IH&SMEFD Circular No. 04 dated April 01, 2021.
2. In this regard, the exposure limit on eligible investments/financing as prescribed in aforementioned circular has been increased to 25 percent of mandatory targets for housing and construction finance from 15 percent of the same.

3. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
