Dear Sirs/Madams,

Resolution of complaints of customers - Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar (MPMG) Scheme

  1. Please refer to IH&SMEFD Circular Letter No. 10 of 2022 whereby Government of Pakistan has allowed banks/DFIs/MFBs to disburse financing under MPMG in respect of cases approved and meeting the specified criteria/conditions mentioned therein.
  2. With a view to facilitate MPMG customers referred to in para 1 above, State Bank of Pakistan has nominated senior level focal persons in its 16 offices to expeditiously attend to any complaints of these customers in coordination with respective banks/DFIs/MFBs. Contact details of the focal persons is attached as Annexure-I.
  3. Bank/DFIs/MFBs are also advised to provide full facilitation to above mentioned customers.
  4. Please acknowledge the receipt.
