Dear Sir/Madam,

Financing Facility for Storage of Agricultural Produce (FFSAP) to Enhance Infrastructure for Electronic Warehouse Receipt Financing (EWRF)

1. This refers to SMEFD Circular No. 08 of 2010 dated June 04, 2010 regarding the captioned subject, amended from time to time.
2. With a view to further promote investment in storage of agriculture produce and to enhance infrastructure for Electronic Warehouse Receipt Financing (EWRF), the following measures shall be applicable with immediate effect;

1. Maximum period of financing shall be up to 10 years with maximum grace period of up to 2 years.
2. Markup/service charges shall be paid on quarterly/half-yearly.

3. All other terms & conditions of the scheme shall remain unchanged.
