REVISED FORMATS FOR QUARTERLY REPORTS ON HOUSING / INFRASTRUCTURE
FINANCE

As a part of its Development Finance Group, State Bank of Pakistan has also set up a full fledged department viz, Infrastructure and Housing Finance Department (IHFD) for the promotion of Infrastructure and Housing Finance.

Banks/DFIs are presently furnishing a number of returns to Small & Medium Enterprises Department (SMED) relating to IHFD, details of which are also attached herewith. In this context, it is advised that from now onwards, all such returns shall be submitted on a regular basis to IHFD instead of SMED on revised formats attached herewith. These returns should be furnished on quarterly basis latest by 10 days from the close of the quarter to which they relate. We shall also appreciate submission of soft copies of the return using excel format to [email protected] with cc to [email protected]
