Distribution of Services by Intermediaries/Aggregators

          Attention of Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited towards Para 11, Chapter 14 of Foreign Exchange Manual, which contains framework for acquisition of services from abroad by Pakistani firms and companies for their own use.

2.       In order to facilitate companies intending to act as Intermediaries/Aggregators between foreign service providers and service acquirers in Pakistan, for onward remittance of funds collected locally in Pak Rupees, a separate framework is being introduced through insertion of Para 11A in Chapter 14 of the Foreign Exchange Manual, as attached at Annex A

3.       Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the above developments to the notice of all their constituents for meticulous compliance.
