Duty Drawback of Taxes Order 2017-18 (Textile)

1. Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 25 dated December 19, 2017 regarding the above subject.
2. Ministry of Commerce & Textile, Textile Division vide Notification No. 1(42-A)TID/17-TR-II dated December 18, 2017 has made certain amendments in Duty Drawback of Taxes Order 2017-18. A copy of the aforesaid Notification is enclosed for information and strict compliance.
3. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
4. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
