Local Taxes and Levies Drawback (Non-Textile) Order, 2017

1. Ministry of Commerce & Textile, Commerce Division vide S.R.O. No. 1248(I)/2017 dated December 14, 2017 has issued an Order namely “Local Taxes and Levies Drawback (Non-Textile) Order, 2017” to provide drawback of local taxes and levies collected from exporters of eligible products as specified in the Order.
2. A copy of the above mentioned Order containing the eligibility criteria is enclosed for information and strict compliance. Further, the procedure for submission of claims for implementation of clause (a) and (d) of sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 1 of the Order is also enclosed for necessary action.
3. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
