Local Taxes and Levies Drawback (Non Textile) Order, 2018

1. Ministry of Commerce & Textile, Commerce Division vide S.R.O. No. 711(I)/2018 dated June 8, 2018 has issued an Order namely “Local Taxes and Levies Drawback (Non-Textile) Order, 2018” to provide drawback of local taxes and levies collected from exporters of eligible products as specified in the Order (copy enclosed).
2. In this respect, the procedure for submission of claims for implementation of the Order is enclosed for necessary action and strict compliance.
3. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
