Duty Drawback of Taxes Order 2017-18 (Textile)

1. Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 10 dated June 14, 2018 regarding the above subject.
2. In this respect, para 13 and 14 of the procedure annexed with the above circular have been modified in consultation with Commerce Division, Government of Pakistan. The modified paras are enclosed for necessary action and strict compliance.
3. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
