Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies (Non-Textile) Order, 2017

1. Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 08 dated April 05, 2017 regarding the Implementation of Strategic Trade Policy Framework (STPF) 2015-18.
2. In terms of Ministry of Commerce’s S.R.O. No. 406(I)/2017 dated May 27, 2017, Government of Pakistan has made certain amendments in the Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies (Non-Textile) Order, 2017. A copy of the said S.R.O. is enclosed for information.
3. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
4. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
