Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies (DLTL) 2016-17

1. Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 13 dated November 28, 2016 regarding the above subject.
2. In terms of Ministry of Textile Industry’s letter No. 1(41)TID/14/RDA dated May 2, 2017, Government of Pakistan has extended the last date for submission of DLTL claims to the field offices of SBP – Banking Services Corporation through the nominated authorized banks till June 15, 2017. Further, no claims shall be accepted after May 15, 2017 by the nominated banks. A copy of the said letter is enclosed for information.
3. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
4. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
