The Foreign Exchange Regulation (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. XXXIII of 2016)

1. Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to enactment of the Foreign Exchange Regulation (Amendment) Act, 2016 in terms of which amendments in the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 have been made. A copy of the same is enclosed for information.
2. Updated Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 is available at SBP website: www.sbp.org.pk.
3. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the above to the notice of all their constituents.
