Dear Sirs/Madam,

Reporting Requirement under FE 08 of 2006

Attention of Exchange Companies is invited to FE Circular No. 08 dated July 08, 2006 and consequent reporting requirements.

For the purpose of uniformity in reporting, it is advised that all Exchange Companies must submit the requisite information to this department on the formats attached as from July 10, 2006:

1. Weekly Statement of Export of Foreign Currencies (other than US$)
2. Consolidated Monthly Statement of Sale of FCY to Interbank Market.

Statement at Serial No. (A) above will replace existing Weekly Statement ‘A’.
