Exports of Software, Information Technology (IT) and IT enabled Services (ITeS)

1. Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited towards EPD Circular Letter No. 02 of January 13, 2023 and subsequent correspondence / discussions on the captioned subject.
2. In this regard, it has been decided that the validity of the instructions given in Para 2 of the aforesaid Circular Letter is hereby extended up to June 30, 2024.
3. Further, all other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
