Dear Sir/Madam,

Local Taxes and Levies Drawback (LTLD) Order, 2018 (Non-Textile) and Duty Drawback of Taxes (DDT) Order, 2018-21 (Textile)

  1. Attention of the Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited to EPD Circular Letters No. 19 dated October 24, 2018 and No. 21 dated November 26, 2018 regarding the above subject.
  2. In terms of Commerce Division, Ministry of Commerce & Textile’s letter F.No.1(42-B)/TID-18-TR-II dated June 28, 2021 (copy attached), it has been decided to extend the cut off dates for submission/ resubmission of claims for the year 2019-20 under DDT 2018-21 and LTLD 2018 schemes as per following schedule:
