Local Taxes and Levies Drawback (Non-Textiles) Order, 2018

1. Attention of Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 19 dated October 24, 2018 whereby State Bank had circulated Local Taxes and Levies Drawback (Non-Textiles) Order, 2018 alongwith the Procedure for lodgment of claims under the said Order.
2. In this context, please find attached the Ministry of Commerce & Textiles, Commerce Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad’s Office Memorandum No. F.5(2)/2017-SO(M&I) dated January 29, 2019 to the aforesaid Order for information and necessary action.
3. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
