Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies (DLTL) 2015-16

1. Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 18 dated September 7, 2015 regarding the above subject.
2. In terms of Ministry of Textile Industry’s letter No. 1(41)TID/14/RDA dated March 31, 2016, Government of Pakistan has extended the last date for submission of DLTL claims to the field offices of State Bank of Pakistan – Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) through the nominated authorized banks till May 31, 2016. Further, no claims shall be accepted after April 30, 2016 by the nominated authorized banks. A copy of the said Notification is enclosed for strict compliance.
3. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
4. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
