Selection of Primary Dealers for The Year 2016-17

Applications are invited from interested financial institutions for appointment as Primary Dealer of Government Securities (i.e. Pakistan Investment Bonds and Market Treasury Bills) for the year 2016-17. For this purpose, DMMD Circular No. 12 dated July 03, 2012 regarding selection criteria and rules governing Primary Dealer system and any subsequent changes may be referred. Applicants are requested to furnish the following information along with the application:

1. Latest Annual Report.
2. Detail of Investor Portfolio of Securities (IPS) Accounts as of June 10, 2016.
3. Latest Schedule of Charges for Investor Portfolio of Securities Account.

Applications, addressed to Director ‘Domestic Markets & Monetary Management Department’, must reach to State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi latest by close of business on June 10, 2016.
