Government of Pakistan Ijara Sukuk

Please refer to DMMD Circular No. 09 of 2023 whereby Transaction Structure for the issuance of GOP Ijara Sukuk (GIS) against underlying assets specified therein, was provided.

Government of Pakistan has decided to utilize underlying assets as per “Addendum Note to the Assets”, enclosed as Annexure-A, for issuance of GIS under the above mentioned Circular.

All other instructions on the subject shall remain same.
