Government of Pakistan Ijara Sukuk

Please refer to DMMD Circular No. 18 dated Oct 24, 2021 whereby Transaction Structure for the issuance of GOP Ijara Sukuk (GIS) against underlying assets specified therein, was prescribed.

Government of Pakistan has decided to make addition of new assets in the Transaction Structure of this GIS. To affect the inclusion of the additional underlying assets in the GOP Ijara Sukuk (GIS) structure, an Addendum to the Transaction Structure is being issued as enclosed at ‘Annexure- A’.

All other instructions on the subject shall remain same.
