Dear Sir/Madam,

MINIMUM RATE OF RETURN ON SAVING DEPOSITS

1. Please refer to BPRD Circular No. 05 of 2014 dated May 27, 2014 and BPRD Circular No. 07 of 2013 dated September 27, 2013 on the above subject.
2. In this regard, the Minimum Profit Rate requirement specified vide above referred circulars shall not be applicable on the deposits of financial institutions, public sector enterprises and public limited companies.
3. The above instructions shall be effective from January 01, 2025.
4. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
