AML/CFT/CPF Regulations -

Guidelines on Targeted Financial Sanctions (TFS) under UNSC Resolutions

Please refer to the Regulation-4 of Anti-Money Laundering, Combating the Financing of Terrorism & Countering Proliferation Financing (AML/CFT/CPF) Regulations issued vide BPRD Circular No. 05 of 2020.

2. In order to further enhance the understanding and ensure effectiveness on implementation of Targeted Financial Sanctions (TFS) regime and obligations under UNSC Resolutions, SBP has decided to issue guidelines on the subject matter.
3. The guidelines on the TFS obligations are enclosed herewith for compliance.
