MARGIN RESTRICTION ON IMPORT OF ITEMS

1. Please refer to SBP, BPRD Circular Letter No. 09 of 2022 and Circular Letter No. 25 of 2022 on the captioned subject.
2. In this regard, it has been decided to extend the timeline for maintaining cash margin requirements on the import of items as imposed vide BPRD Circular Letter No. 09 of 2022, from December 31, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
3. All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
