Temporary Waiver of OTP/Callback Confirmation Requirement on AMA Accounts

1. Please refer to BPRD Circular Letter No. 18 of 2022 dated May 10, 2022 on the captioned subject.
2. In this regard, the temporary waiver on One Time Password (OTP)/Call Back Confirmation (CBC) requirement for AMA customers has been extended till May 10, 2023.
3. All other instructions on the subject matter shall remain unchanged.
4. Please acknowledge receipt.
