CHANGE IN NOMENCLATURE OF FIRM ON PANEL OF AUDITORS

  1. Please refer to BPRD Circular Letter No. 23 dated December 20, 2023 on the Panel of Auditors maintained under section 35(1) of Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962.
  2. It is informed that consequent upon the merger between audit firms Reanda Haroon Zakaria & Co. (currently placed in Category B of the panel) and Aamir Salman Rizwan (currently placed in Category C of the panel), the new firm’s nomenclature has been changed as follows:

Accordingly, the new firm is placed in Category B whereas previously stated firms are hereby removed from the panel.
