GUIDELINES ON COMPLIANCE RISK MANAGEMENT

1. Please refer to the BPRD Circular No. 07 dated August 09, 2017 and BPRD Circular Letter No. 04 dated April 19, 2018 on the subject.
2. In this regard, it has been decided to extend the timeline for implementation of Compliance Risk Management (CRM) guidelines from June 30, 2018 to December 31, 2018. Consequently, the timeline for implementing a system for CRM is being extended from September 30, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
3. All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
