1. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001, the Federal Government has notified the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Rules, 2018.
2. A copy of the same is enclosed for information and necessary action.
