Pakistan is one of the very few places in the world where currency developed from its rudimentary form to the advanced level of coinage. SBP Museum is a living, interactive state-of-art and knowledge institution to preserve history of coinage. The Museum has coin galleries, stamp gallery, currency gallery, history of State Bank Governors’ gallery, Sadequain gallery and contemporary art gallery. The museum has the honour to be the member of International Council of Museums. |
