Dear Sir/Madam,

Submission of Information regarding Sukuk Issued in Pakistan

All Islamic banking institutions (IBIs) i.e. Islamic banks and conventional banks having Islamic banking branches are advised to provide information regarding the issuance of those Sukuk where the IBI concerned is involved as an issuer or a lead arranger. The said information should be sent, as a footnote to the Quarterly Report of Condition, to this department as per prescribed format attached as Annexure from the quarter ending March 2008.

Furthermore you are also advised to submit the requisite information about the Sukuk issued till date as per abovementioned format latest by 10th March, 2008.
