ISSUANCE
OF FOREIGN EXCHANGE MANUAL-2018
As Authorized Dealers are
aware that the State Bank had updated the
existing Foreign Exchange Manual in May, 2017
by incorporating the changes made in the foreign
exchange rules and regulations through various
FE Circulars/Circular Letters/Notifications
etc. issued upto April 30, 2017.
2. Since updation of the
above version, several FE Circulars/Circular
Letters etc. have been issued which have been
incorporated in the relevant chapters of the
Manual. Besides, some of the existing instructions/paragraphs
have been slightly amended/deleted in order
to bring more clarity and/or to do away with
redundancies.
3. Further, while few new
forms have been included in Appendix-V of
the Manual, some of the existing forms have
been revised as a consequence of changes made
in the relevant instructions.
4. Accordingly, the Foreign
Exchange Manual now stands updated till date
of this circular and has been placed at the
State Bank’s website www.sbp.org.pk/fe_manual/index.htm
