Ministry of Textile Industry has issued an Order namely “Duty Drawback of Taxes Order 2016-17” vide Notification No.1(42)TID/17-RDA dated January 23, 2017 to provide for duty drawback of taxes collected from garments, home textiles, processed fabrics, greige fabric and yarn manufacturing cum-exporters units as specified in the Order.

2. A copy of the above mentioned Notification, containing the eligibility criteria and procedure for filing claims etc., is enclosed for information and strict compliance.

3.         Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
