Dear Sirs / Madams,

ESTABLISHMENT OF DEDICATED HELPLINE FOR BANKING CONSUMERS

In order to facilitate banking consumers regarding their complaints, SBP has established a dedicated helpline in Karachi having Universal Access Number (UAN) 111-727-273. The helpline will operate as per the working hours of SBP on all working days. The Banks/MFBs and DFIs will continue to provide assistance to their consumers for resolution of their grievances strictly as per the regulatory instructions issued on the subject vide BC & CPD Circular No. 1 of 2016.

Accordingly, consumer complaints will not be entertained at the telephone numbers given in the CPD Circular Letter No.4 of 2014.

It is advised to disseminate the above UAN to all branches for display at prominent places for consumer facilitation.
