2. In order to promote Housing Finance in the country, it has been decided that regulatory real estate exposure limit, prescribed vide BPRD Circular No. 01 of 2014, shall not be applicable on ‘Housing Finance’ as defined in the Prudential Regulations for Housing Finance issued vide IH & SMEFD Circular No. 03 of 2017.
3. All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
