Your attention is invited to enactment of the following Acts which received the assent of the President of Pakistan on 12th August 2016 and were published in the Gazette of Pakistan dated 13th August 2016:
 

1. The Deposit Protection Corporation Act, 2016 (Act No. XXXVII of 2016)
2. The Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. XXXVIII of 2016)
