Please refer to ACFID Circular No. 1 of 2025 dated May 16, 2025 whereby revised Prudential Regulations (PRs) for Microfinance Banks (MFBs) were issued.

2. In this regard, it has been decided to revise clause (c) of the Regulation G-2 of PRs for MFBs as under: "Remuneration of a director (including Chairman) for attending a board and/or its committee meeting(s) shall not exceed Rs. 300,000 per meeting"

3. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
