1. Please refer to IH&SMEFD Circular No. 10 dated July 15, 2020 in terms of which banks have been advised to comply with mandatory targets of 5% of their domestic private sector advances for housing and construction finance.
   
   
2. In this regard, State Bank will monitor status of achievement of housing and construction finance targets of banks using housing and finance data as per the attached format. These data accounts are being embedded in the monthly statement on “Credit/Loans Classified by Borrowers” (A-07 Report) submitted by banks to State Bank. For this purpose, Statistics & Data Warehouse Department of SBP will separately communicate with the banks.
   
   
3. In the meantime, banks are advised to submit their data as of the end of a month as per attached format through excel file to this department (on email address: [email protected]) on or before 15th of the following month. First such report for the month end October 2020 should be submitted by 15 November, 2020
