Long Term Financing Facility (LTFF) -

Re-fixation of Rates of Service Charges

Please refer to IH&SMEFD Circular No. 05 dated September 10, 2012 on the captioned subject.

  1. It has been decided that effective January 01, 2013, the rates of service charges for Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) and rates for end users under the captioned Facility shall be as under: -
Period of financing Rate of Refinance Bank’s/DFIs’ Spread End User’s Rate
Up-to 3 years 8.80% 1.50% 10.30%
Over 3 years and upto 5 years 8.40% 2.50% 10.90%
Over 5 years and upto 10 years 8.40% 3.00% 11.40%
  1. Other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
