Dear Sirs/Madam,

Import of Cash US Dollars against Export of Permissible Foreign Currencies

1. Attention of the authorized Exchange Companies is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 01 dated January 01, 2018 on the above subject.
2. It has now been decided to allow Exchange Companies to import cash US Dollars against export of permissible foreign currencies without observing any limit and/or repatriate equivalent US Dollars through credit to their foreign currency accounts maintained with banks in Pakistan as per earlier procedure contained in EPD Circular Letter No. 16 dated July 27, 2015 and EPD Circular Letter No. 05 dated March 31, 2016 till further instructions.
3. All other terms and conditions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
